Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1) The promoter is iFootage Gear.

2) The competition is open to all who correctly follow the entry requirements.

3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5) Only one entry will be accepted per person per giveaway post. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6) Closing date for entry will be displayed on the giveaway post. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.

7) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received - for whatever reason.

8) To be guaranteed to be entered into the competition, you must follow the requirements of the giveaway posts on Instagram and Facebook to be entered into the competition.

9) The winners will be announced through a winners post for which you will be tagged. Winners will then be contacted re contact details and delivery.

10) Terms and conditions may be subject to change without notification.

11) Random selection of a give-away winner is made by iFootage and their selection is final.

12) iFootage reserves the right to withdraw the give-away competition without notice.

13) Winners will be responsible for meeting any import duty associated with delivery. iFootage will pay for shipping only.

14) Ensure Facebook/ Instagram privacy settings are set to the public so we can see who has shared the post. If you have set your Facebook/Instagram settings to private your entry will not be counted.

15) Winners agree to be contacted by the social media team to be asked to take part in sharing their prize on their preferred social media platform. 

16) Winners will only be counted if they are within the EU and US regions and are within shipping distance of one of our local distributors.
